We lay the smoked knuckle slices onto sauted potatoes that have been cut into circles, pour a good amount of sour cream mixed with garlic onto it, then put it in the oven. This meal is served in a baking dish with fried bacon on top.

Drunken Knuckle of Ham from Csanak

We braise chopped knuckle of ham ripened in spicy mustard marinade  with white wine in the oven, then we roast it until crispy and serve it and the wine gravy with mashed potatoes and sautéed onions. You only need fresh bread to it.

We stuff the pork cutlet with minced, smoked knuckle and cheese, braded and fry them in oil. We serve this dish with a paprika, mushroom sauce and assorted trimmings.

The spiced medaillons of fillet mignon are wraped and grilled. We prepare a ragout with vegetables and sour cream, offer it with porcini-rice and potato croquettes.
